Free forever · no account · no watermark
A yard-sign QR code that outlives the listing cycle.
Paste the listing or virtual-tour link, download a vector file, send it to the sign printer. Buyers scan from the kerb and land on the photos, the price and your contact. No subscription, no per-sign fees, no code that dies mid-listing.
Try it now: point your phone camera at the preview.
This code is pure data. It carries your content directly instead of a link through our servers, so it can't expire and we couldn't turn it off if we wanted to.
It cannot expire
Static codes are pure data. There is no timer, no scan limit and no trial, so there is nothing that can run out.
It never touches our servers
The code is generated in your browser. We never see your content, so we have nothing to hold hostage.
No account, no watermark
Download PNG, SVG or print-ready PDF and use it commercially, without signing anything.
Why agents get burned by QR subscriptions
Signs and riders are printed to be reused, but subscription QR services charge monthly forever precisely because your printed inventory holds you hostage: stop paying and every sign in the garage goes dead. On this page the economics are reversed. The code carries the URL itself, generating it costs nothing, and reprinting a rider costs you a rider, not a subscription.
The honest trade-off: a static code is welded to its URL. Two ways to handle that, both free, are below.
One code per listing, or one code for your pipeline
Option one: generate a fresh code per listing, pointing straight at the listing page or Matterport tour. Perfect for flyers and riders printed per property anyway. Option two: point the code at a stable page you control, like yoursite.com/current-listings, and update that page as properties move. The same printed sign then serves every listing you will ever have. If you need per-scan analytics or to re-point codes already printed, that is a dynamic code, the paid tool, here as anywhere, and we say so before you print.
Print size matters more in real estate than anywhere else: a buyer scanning from a car window needs a big code. Use the vector SVG or PDF and keep the code at least 10 cm wide on a yard sign, bigger on the main panel.
Questions, answered plainly
- Does the code keep working after the listing sells?
- The code works forever; it shows whatever its URL shows. If the listing page goes down after closing, point future prints at a stable page you control, or generate a new code per listing, free every time.
- How big should the code be on a yard sign?
- Rule of thumb: a tenth of the scanning distance. From a car at the kerb, 3 or 4 metres away, that means 30 to 40 cm on the main panel, or at least 10 cm on a rider scanned from the footpath. Always print signs from the SVG or PDF, never a stretched PNG.
- Can I put my brokerage logo and colours on it?
- Yes, logo, ink colour and module style are in the customiser. Keep dark modules on a light background: a low-contrast brand-coloured code that fails at the kerb costs you the lead.
- What should the code link to: MLS, Zillow, or my own page?
- Your own listing page if you have one, because you control it, it loads fast on mobile, and it captures the lead for you rather than for a portal. A virtual tour link also works well. Whatever you choose, open it on a phone first: that is the device every scanner uses.
- Is it really free for commercial use, unlimited signs?
- Yes. Unlimited codes, unlimited prints, commercial use included, no watermark and no account. Our public oath on the homepage commits to keeping it that way.
