OathQR

Free forever · no account · no watermark

A QR code with no watermark. Your code, nobody's logo.

Every download on this site is clean: no watermark in the corner, no branded frame, no 'scan me' banner advertising someone else's generator on your menu. PNG, SVG and PDF, free, no account, generated in your browser.

This code is pure data. It carries your content directly instead of a link through our servers, so it can't expire and we couldn't turn it off if we wanted to.

I.

It cannot expire

Static codes are pure data. There is no timer, no scan limit and no trial, so there is nothing that can run out.

II.

It never touches our servers

The code is generated in your browser. We never see your content, so we have nothing to hold hostage.

III.

No account, no watermark

Download PNG, SVG or print-ready PDF and use it commercially, without signing anything.

Why 'free' generators stamp their logo on your code

A watermark on a QR code is an upsell lever: the free tier marks your print with their brand, and removing it is the cheapest reason to make you subscribe. Some services go further and route the code's scans through branded interstitial pages, so even a clean-looking code advertises them at scan time — me-qr's own users report ads appearing on codes they had already printed.

We don't watermark anything, and the reason is structural rather than saintly: your code is generated in your browser and carries your data directly, so there is no server of ours in the loop to inject anything, at download time or at scan time. What you print is what people get.

Clean files in every format that matters

PNG at 1024×1024 for screens and quick print jobs, true vector SVG for designers and large formats, and a print-ready PDF. All three are watermark-free and licensed for commercial use with no attribution, because the code is yours: menus, packaging, business cards, billboards. Add your own logo in the customiser if you want branding on the code — yours, not ours.

Questions, answered plainly

Is there really no watermark, even on the free SVG and PDF?
No watermark on any format, ever. PNG, SVG and PDF all come out clean, with no account and no paid tier to unlock. The public oath on our landing page commits to keeping it that way.
Will a watermark appear when people scan the code?
No. The code carries your content directly, with no redirect through our servers, so we physically cannot show anything at scan time — no interstitial page, no ad, no 'powered by'. The scanner sees your content and nothing else.
Why do other generators add watermarks?
Because it converts. A watermark on your printed material is an ad for their brand and a nag to upgrade. It tends to travel with a bigger pattern: trials, expiring codes and per-scan fees. We charge for dynamic codes instead, and say so up front.
Can I put my own logo on the code instead?
Yes. The customiser lets you drop a logo in the centre, set ink colour and module style. The generator raises the error-correction level automatically so the code stays scannable.
Is commercial use allowed without attribution?
Fully. No licence text, no credit line, no link back. The code is generated on your machine from your data — it would be strange to claim rights over it.
